Featured Help with necklace

    Can anyone help with information on this necklace. Every silver piece tests positive for silver.

    Nice necklace, Crim. My vote is for African, with a wink at trade bead necklaces.
    The central silver bead is from the Sahara and sub-Sahara region, as are the beadcaps and the type of hook clasp. The small black beads are also used a lot in the Sahara and sub-Sahara region. Those disc beads are sub-Sahara West Africa.
    The black and white beads look like recent beads, made in trade bead style.
    The blue beads are West African recycled glass beads. Many of these are made in Ghana.

    Quite randomly @Any Jewelry I bought this picture yesterday at a car boot as I loved it with their cow hocks and birds on their rumps. Think it's silk screen.
