Clay/Stone Figure

    Got this odd little guy. Stands about 7 inches tall. It has two holes drilled on each side and a hole between the legs. Anything interesting? Central/South American? Thanks for looking.

    Intended to be in the style of ancient Chimu pottery figures, from Peru.

    It might be old, but more probably not. To be more sure I think you would need to put it into the hands of an archeologist or curator who has handled the real thing. Without good provenance it is just safer to assume it is not genuinely old.
