Silver Candelabras

    I'm interested in this pair of candelabras that are going up for auction, however, I know very little about silver. I'm considering them as a gift for someone dear to me and would like to know more about them if possible (the photos are not mine). They are 19" high and have what I presume are English hallmarks on the bottom.
