Sideboard age & any other identifying info

I picked up this sideboard at an estate sale. I thought I would find a marking so that I would have an idea on it's age, but I see no markings at all. It looks like it is mostly glued together. Other than the thin back panels, I do not see any nails or dovetail joining. Does anyone have any idea on how old it could be or any other details on it?

I really love it and would love to know it's history. I'm guessing by the brass looking hinges that it is about 50 years old?

Any advice is much appreciated!

 

It's Arts & Crafts. But what country did you find it in? Doesn't look American. Caveat: All to my eye.

Arts and crafts would mean closer to 100 years old?

 

Oak, ca. 1915 +-. Love the exaggerated copper strapwork hinges; it does give the piece a European flair.

 

It could easily have been made here, in the south of the Netherlands, but probably wasn't. Love those hinges too, also the hammered look.

 

Very nice arts and crafts period piece. Likely English.

 

That shouts English Arts and Crafts to me, too. Our oak and those hinges are absolutely typical. So is the shape. It may be late 19th, we got going on this stuff earlier than the US.

 

Thank you, All for all the great information! I'm thrilled that it is older than I realized and excited to think it could have traveled so far. There are Allied Van Lines stickers on both the top and bottom pieces. Maybe they ship overseas?

I'm off to check youtube to find the best way to clean it.
