ID help with this bowl

Hi everyone,
Bought this at a thrift store. I immediately liked it.
This art looks familiar, but I just can't place who the maker is.

No identification marks anywhere.
height: 2 7/8 inches
across: 7 inches
bottom: 2 7/8
border for design: hair shy of 1 1/2 inches
Every big space has the same mark in it, but just at a different angle.
larger white areas: 8 total
smaller circles: 31 total

Any ideas?

Just want to add this.
The Blue and White areas are raised slightly higher than the Black lines.

Sandfisher, is it just me or are there faint "designs" in the white segments around the bowl?

To my eye the "faint designs" have the "look" of part of a dandelion's seed head which has been blown away.

Just curious, but I'm happy this morning remembering all the times in childhood when my hot little breath got busy in the yard spreading more and more dandelions.

 

another fond memory! not so fond memory of the gardener scolding us for doing it............but he was a curmudgeonly old Scot who scolded us for ANYTHING done outdoors not done on the paved walks..........................

Yes, there is a design within each larger space.
Same design in each space, just at a different angle.
Consists of 7 lines with a dot at the end of each line.
Not sure what the design represents.
