Hi fellow antiquers!

    I'm glad to join your community of antique enthusiasts! A bit about me: I'm originally from Terrace, BC, now living in Vancouver, BC. My grandparents immigrated to BC from Holland in the early 1950's and lived as pioneers in the Smithers area. I currently work as a construction contractor in Vancouver, mainly doing renovation work. The reason I joined the forum is because at times I come across interesting antiques in my line of work that require some detective work to assess. Aside from things picked up watching Antiques Roadshow I would say my skills are limited...but I think my instincts are good! Looking forward to hearing from you.
