    I can't see if the numbers are correct to even guess at an artist ID ...........:(:(:(

    I'll try to get a better pics of the numbers, but I do not think it's a beluga whale (though I can see where you might, given the head shape). It appears to have a flipper or flippers, not a large whale's tale.

    Signature is too hard to make out but it doesn’t really make a huge difference. It’s a decent but rather generic piece worth about a hundred dollars or thereabouts.
