Japanese Mask Presented By Prison Warden

    IMG_8224.JPG IMG_8225.JPG IMG_8226.JPG IMG_8227.JPG I wonder who it was presented it to? I doubt to a prisoner. Maybe US official that has visited the prison?
    Was it made by the warden himself or just a tourist type of piece?

    Ten days after Pearl Harbor Day. Makes me wonder if it was some kind of ceremony marking peace after the war.

    It was likely a piece in a small, possibly private, museum that is now defunct and disbursed.
