Any info on this item

    Can someone please help me find what kind of lamp this is. I found it on the side of the road. It has some markings B219B951-3DFF-4685-B5A9-5B24ADEAB1E9.jpeg 5C64097D-FE72-4DD0-A86F-B1CA5F2D1C99.jpeg 3C67AAD2-A615-4DD4-A2E5-89CC6AFEBCA9.jpeg

    It appears to be a little bedside light in very poor condition. What do the markings say? Might be 1960s-ish. The design (loosely) based on a colonial oil lamp. Is the disc part of it? If so mighta looked something like this originally.
