Can't help but it sure is pretty! I'd keep that and put a burner and chimney on it in a second!

I think maybe Diamond Glass (or Burlington Glass Works) 'Bullseye' c1890s; not sure if possibly reproduced...

Bullseye Fine Detail is the pattern name according to the link below with some book info from Oil Lamp Antiques.

    Bullseye Fine Detail Stand Lamp

[..]The “Bullseye Fine Detail” has always been a very popular oil lamp.

They were produced in Canada during the late 1890s and were available in clear, opaque blue and this beautiful emerald green.

There were also many sizes and forms to choose from. There were four different styles of finger lamps and three sizes of stand lamps. This is one of the smaller stand lamps.

In her first book “Oil Lamps – The Kerosene Era in North America”, Catherine Thuro devotes a full page (page 270) to these lamps and their various colour combinations and pattern variations....

    Update!

Mine is a copy made by B&P lamp supply. I listed it yesterday and a nice gentleman that has been collecting lamps for thirty some years informed me of this.
Oh well win some and loose some.
