Can anyone tell the age of this painting?

I found this at a thrift store today. I wanted to pass it by, but with as old as it appears + it's price ($19.95) ...I bought it! I told my self at that price I would be abe to sell it for a profit just on it's merits - and age - even though I can't find a signature.
It does have a piece of masking tape on the back of the frame that says Campbell - the artist's name?
Any idea of it's age?

That is old. Condition not good. Scandinavia somewhere. Perhaps Sweden.

What looks like a wristwatch face is the same color as her flesh. It might just be there aren't enough pixels to tell.

 

I looked at it under light with a magnifying glass - there's no watch or bracelet even - it's a piece of chipped paint!

 

Difficult to date as she's wearing traditional dress. If I had to guess, I'd think somewhere in the first half of the 20th century. And that's just based on how her face is executed.

She's holding a daisy. Perhaps that's a clue as to where she's from.
