I know not all RS Prussia is marked but I have no information on molds and looked on line for this with no luck. It's a serving bowl. It has raised cattails on the rim and raised water lilies in the bowl. It has the definite quality of RS Prussia. aaarsz_adsc08463_1.jpg aaarsz_adsc08460_1.jpg aaarsz_adsc08456_1.jpg Any help would be appreciated.

Oh, I agree with cluttered, that is lovely. And You're right about it having all the right qualities. If I saw it at an auction I would certainly bid on the assumption it was RS. I'm not familiar with this mold though. The folks to ask are the folks on the RS Prussia facebook page. They might be quite excited to see it. Those raised lilies are fabulous! If you're not on Facebook let me know and I'll go through my books tonight.

I think I'm actually a member of that FB group. If you want me to post there, just reply to this thread.

This certainly looks like rs prussia. Perhaps even more so than a lot of pieces "marked" rs prussia! I love the colors. I will check my rs prussia book, if I can find it.

It is "100%" RS Prussia is the answer. Will see if someone can provide mould # or pattern name.

Apparently, called the "cattail" mould unofficially.

What size is it? A master berry bowl or an individual berry bowl?

    It's 10&3/8" diameter by about 3&1/8" deep.

The RS Prussia market is pretty depressed right now. The exceptions are mostly pieces with figures and/or a lot of gold. Floral decorations are not in much demand. Without the raised water lilies it would probably have a value of about $35 - $50. I'm not sure what effect the raised water lilies will have. If it were mine and I decided to sell I would try it at auction with the lowest bid I was willing to accept. It's quite possible it would sell for the first bid but there is always a chance it will catch fire. Best case is you find two different buyers that would like to add this mold to their collection. JMHO.
