Featured Worth more to scrap or Collectible

It’s marked Skyline silversmiths gold tone/J.B sterling. Thanks

    That's a hard one. If you sell on Ebay, I'd be tempted to list just above scrap on an auction and see if there was any interest. It is a pretty cool buckle and seems to have some age. CA is abbreviated CALIF on the back, not sure if that is a way to date it, or if was common to use the longer abbreviation for this kind of thing.

    Guessing it might sell for more than scrap but might take a while to find the right buyer.

    Hmmm... wait to see if others have comments.

    Old sterling western buckles can bring some good money. I think he was director in 2001. So only 19 years old.

    Think Lucille's suggestion to list just above scrap and see what happens is a good idea.

    HAHAHA.....HOW observant am I NOT......didn't even notice that was a Carson City!!!!! YUMMMM!! BUT I'D have a DARN hard time scrapping that buckle!!!!!! JUST SAYIN'!!:rolleyes::rolleyes::smuggrin:

    I would definitely list it, as mentioned above scrap price, we do pretty well with western belt buckles.
