    Goodday.
Can someone please help identify these little dolls. They are marked Hong Kong.
    Thanks in advance.

They appear to be of celluloid.

Who does not matter, and I don't think you'll ever find out to be truthful...............:(

They were churned out in mass quantities for many years. I've never heard of an attribution as far as a manufacturer goes. I'm old enough to remember them being sold in bags of 12 as party favors. :)

Would this be considered a celluloid version of a "Frozen Charlotte"?

Fits the description, but I've never heard them referred that way................

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

I thought Frozen Charlotte dolls were always made of a ceramic material like china or bisque.

You're correct. I meant that because they have no moving parts, they could be referred to as frozen Charlottes.

Oh, now I see. So it could be a phrase to search online. Thank you!
