I lost my dad in july and my mom passed away in August. i bought their home ad i've been finding these things all over the house.. My mother's parents owned an antique store in the 70s and 80s in clearwater, florida. I'm certain they are all from their store.

Im so sorry about your parents . They seemed to have left you a real treasure trove. Those boxes can get very pricey . Imagining what else is tucked away makes me pea green with envy ! :) I just wish it were under different circumstances.

    So,
So would all of these also be guilloche enamel?? And, do you know if they are 1800s or 1900?? 20201015_110641_resized.jpg

I only see one that is guilloché. The round blue one with round lid at upper far left. Since you'll need to educate yourself about your collection, this should be helpful.

That one is Dutch. These were typically made from the late 19th century until the 1940s, and decorated with scenes from paintings.
The lion mark with a 2 is the Dutch mark for the second fineness, .835 silver. (The first fineness being .934.) It was used from 1814 until 1953.
The other mark looks like the old town mark for 's Hertogenbosch, but that was no longer used when the lion mark was used.

The subject is taken from a painting, I don't know which one. I am thinking maybe by Jozef Israels, one of his Scheveningen or Katwijk paintings? Scheveningen and Katwijk are fishing villages near The Hague.

That second one in from the left, top, might be Bilston enamel. Big one, white background, men on it, Canton yellow enamel. Any marks on the guilloche? That flat silver one you showed looks like a vinaigrette missing an insert. Oh and the one in the middle is very like some Herend I have.

Your parents bought some lovely things.

I understand... I thought someone had told me the little white enamel box with flowers was Guilloche.. it's that special blue pattern. I have found a couple of those..

Oh my gosh. I'm coveting several of these. That green one....! *faints*
I relate to this because my mother died last year and we've found treasures, too. It's bittersweet, yeah? oo

I didn’t see anyone mention it yet although it’s probably obvious by how much people like them, these are pretty valuable. I imagine you already figured that out but worth mentioning just in case. Probably $200-$750 or so each without having looked too closely. Particularly the guilloche ones sell very well. The better you can describe them the more they will probably sell for. You have such a nice collection that it MAY be worth consigning them to someone with a built in audience if you decide to sell. Make sure you check to see if any are actually solid gold rather than silver gilt in gold! Amazing collection, I only have one of these and I love it!

In post 17 you asked about the punch near the 800. It's the Italian lozenge shape for the regional abbreviation and the maker's assigned number. There were at least 3 different versions between the 30's and the 60's (I think.) We would need to see a much closer picture to decipher.
