Miniature - Tennyson's Poetical Works

I have a miniature leather bound book of Tennyson's poems. It was published by David Bryce & Son Glasgow.
The book is 5cm high and 3cm wide. I am hoping someone can please help me date the book and also provide an idea of value.

Looks like the same version but has the silver which adds value. Went for £162 in Feb 2019.

Is there no publisher's page at the very front with a date????

 

No unfortunately. I can't find a date on any of the pages.

 

It is not uncommon for British books of this period (19th to early 20th century) to not include any publication date. Very annoying.

 

I found an old listing for one sold on eBay UK. It is in the Worthpoint database, and I don't have a subscription so can't tell you when and for how much it sold. It does indicate in the listing that it has a gift inscription dated Christmas 1918.

That does look the same and the date looks about right. There is an inscription in the copy I have to my Grandmother when she was in her teens.
