Featured Mark on Art Nouveau Jugendstil Glass Gilt Metal Pitcher

    Hi, this pitcher is about 15 inches tall. The only mark is a capital letter Q on the underside of one of the feet. Does anyone recognize this mark? I've seen a couple examples of this pitcher which refer to it as possible WMF.

    Thanks for the link and all the kind comments. I saw it in a photo for an estate sale so researched it before I went and did see several same/similar attributed to WMF, with various prices. There's one just like mine, except a little smaller, on ebay now, asking I think $850. I'm not sure the maker matters, but I was interested in the Q mark. I will be keeping this, at least for now.

    Seriously, I'm well aware of what those decanters go for, which was part of the reason for my drooling....:wacky: Plus, they're just so durn beautiful. Some day....some day.......
