Featured Who made this 40cm glass vase or decanter?

    Found with a Whitefriars vase and a Barovier toso Murano gondola.

    First thought was Empoli, but the unusual shape of the flared top, like a nun's headpiece, has me stumped.

    Ideas please!

    I'm surprised this one is so hard, I thought when I bought it, that it would be easy to find with the shape and height :(
