Any idea if this has any real age to it?

    just about 5 3/4” tall and does not attract a magnet. I don’t see any stamps on it. It kinda looks a little older but I’d appreciate your opinions on it. The hole in the bottom does not go all the way through it. Is it just a vase? It seems like it might of had another purpose

    A patinated vase, so I would say decorative and no great age.
    Could be wrong, so let's wait for the others.

    Agreed, could be brass or copper or something other if very new. I doubt it to be bronze. The patina looks pretty freshly painted on, to me. There is another such example of a candlestick posted on this site yesterday, think them both to be no older than about 1970s, yours is perhaps MUCH newer.

    Does it have a design around the middle, or is that all corrosion?
