Featured amazing fake Awaji?

    dear all

    pair of vases which i thought were Awaji. found same here: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/418694096586550077/ but the ebay page is missing.
    closer inspection: one is the real deal but the other ..... ?? :facepalm::D:hilarious: comments? could they both be Awaji?

    Not all Awaji was marked. Look right to me.

    Thirded. I like those no matter who made them, and I wouldn't know Awaji from Wanamaker.

    it's a happy bright coloured vase. glad you enjoyed it. i "officially" have 2 Awaji according to verybrad! :smuggrin::joyful::happy::hilarious:

    yes, they are both Awaji yellow and green dripware. i have a few of them too, but like these ones alot! From the 1930s, maybe 1920s.

    Since this thread has been resurrected from over a year ago, thought I might share this piece of Awaji from my inventory. The bamboo basket-weave coverings on these are often missing.
