I been trying to figure out who this plate was made by. Not sure if my spelling is correct
I type in google C. Npazahukom, that's what I see on plate, am I reading it wrong ?

    Thanks 017.JPG 018.JPG 019.JPG 020.JPG

If it's Russian, you would need to use the Cyrillic letters instead.

My Russian is rusty but I think that writing on top in Cyrillic says what the plate is for. "For the Holiday or festival"
The maker is that faded red stamp.
