Millersburg Peacock and Urn Ruffled Bowl

I found this bowl today. I think it's Millersburg, peacock and urn. I didn't notice until after I bought it, but it has two small chips on the rim. Does that mean it's worthless? Is this finish called satin? Marigold satin?

I just wanted to make sure. The ruffles confuse me, because I'm not sure if that's what they're called.

 

might check ddoty on ebay auction tracking over the years. any damage often dramatically impacts value.

I don't think that bowl is Millersburg, but Fenton Peacock @ Urn. Most Millersburg Carnival Glass has a Base with a Star type pattern on the outside. The bowl is worth about 15% of a good one.

 

This one has the star pattern. I tried to show it in the photo, but it didn't work.
