Millersburg Peacock and Urn Ruffled Bowl

I didn't notice until after I bought it, but it has two small chips on the rim. Does that mean it's worthless? Is this finish called satin? Marigold satin?

    I just wanted to make sure. :) The ruffles confuse me, because I'm not sure if that's what they're called.

    I don't think that bowl is Millersburg, but Fenton Peacock @ Urn. Most Millersburg Carnival Glass has a Base with a Star type pattern on the outside. The bowl is worth about 15% of a good one.
