Please can anyone tell me the significance of these items?
They arrived together. I know the RWAFF badge is Royal West African Frontier Force but do the stars etc belong with it?. The 1 star badge is enamel.
    Thankyou for any information:)

The stars are probably with it, they usually signified rank and were affixed to epaulettes or collar badges.

Thanks Davey. Is the rank of 1 star fairly lowly?

Usually one or two stars are senior commanders.
    2 stripes, Corporal,
    3 stripes Sergeant,
    1 stars Second Lieutenant,
    2 stars Lieutenant,
    3 stars Captain
