Featured Ring with stone I have no clue about x

Hello everyone xxx

Got this darling from eBay, I love her.

Could someone please tell me what the stone could be? In some lights it seem to have a petrol type sheen ( but as we know, I do sometimes have flights of fancy).
It's a strange stone...can see through some of it.
I blacklighted it and not sure if the whiteish bit reacted or not. The rest of it didn't.
The stone itself is approx an inch (two and a half cms I think). Looks a bit like a river pebble

Feels and smells like silver.

Could anyone tell a rough estimate of when it was made? xx

I have no clue what to look for, it is a stone I'm pretty sure as it's cold.
It's deep, the construction seems a bit complex.

At times, it seems to have a petrol-y type shimmer,is that possible do you think? Or am I merely imagining again? xx

 

my bathroom floors are custom pineapple agate.....looks a lot like your ring

With those frilly details in the white band, I wonder if the agate could qualify as lace agate.
