Featured Brooch... Who is she?

I showed off my ivorine/celluloid cameo in the cameo thread but thought I'd give her her own thread for help with identification. She is from the early-mid 20th century and was claimed by the French seller to be Anne of Brittany but I'm not so sure. The initials on the side appear to read DH.
Any ideas on who she may be? Just some generic noble lady?
(Brass setting, trombone clasp.)

 

I keep thinking her braids are wrapped around her neck.

Approximately 2 inches or 5 cm.

Found it!!
It's based on a 1548 posthumous Titian portrait of Isabella of Portugal. For the rest of his life, her widower, Spanish King Charles V, took the portrait with him on all his travels.
(Still don't know what the DH signifies.)

The Met has a double-sided stone cameo, carved in 1550 by Leone Leoni, that features Isabella on one side and Charles V with son Phillip II on the other.

 

The Met put the jugate cameo of Charles & Phillip on the cover of the monograph by James Draper, Cameo Appearances, which was written in conjunction with a special exhibition they had.

But Brava! on finding her. I was poking around earlier & looked at a different Isabella, an earlier one known as the she-wolf of France.

And she doesn't have her braids around her neck. Love that her coin has the Three Graces on the reverse.

Funny you should mention the She-Wolf Isabella of France... I, too, initially thought of her and even posted such in this thread... but amended the post a minute later when I came across the Titian portrait of Isabella of Portugal. Great minds think alike, LOL!

 

Or both minds have seen Braveheart?
