Help with Thun 1794 Children's Bowl

I feel horrible. I accidentally broke a bowl at a friend's house, and would really love to replace it for them. My friends are from Czech and their china/porcelain is all original from the home country.

I've searched everywhere I can think of and can't find a replacement for the bowl. I've attached a picture, and if anyone recognizes this bowl or pattern, or knows where I might be able to replace it -- I would be VERY grateful. -- Ty

-- the bottom of the bowl says "Thun 1794 Karlovarsky Porcelan"

 

Maybe if you search for Zdenek Muller mole bowl you can find one (even if by a different maker) he was the creator of the mole character.

There are a couple of eBay sellers in the Czech Republic with other pieces of this china. (In the listings, I see only a mug with the identical pattern...)

Perhaps if you contacted one or another of them thru "ask seller a question", they might have the bowl you need or be able to get it for you:
