Would anyone happen to recognize this stunning cobalt blue piece of art glass? 14" long x 10" wide x 4 1/2" high. Thank you.[IMG]

A lot these are listed as murano but are chinese. Is the base ground smoothed and polished or have grind marks?

I have a piece similar, rolled into a shell shape, from Glass Eye Studio.

Thanks Tom. I'll check into that. The base is ground smoothed and polished

Mine doesn't have a base, I purchased it at the Kokomo Opalescent Glass Factory in Kokomo, Indiana. It does have a GIS sticker. It seems they bought the glass to make it from KO, and placed it in KO's gift shop to sell.

I found Glass Eye Studio on FB and asked them yesterday morning but haven't received an answer :(
