Carved painted wood bowl

I was wondering if this was just a tourist piece from where ? Looks like it had a hanger before, where the hole is on the back.

Yes beer lover for sure, 8 down 0 to go, now a vodka and juice to sleep like a baby. I love staying up late sometimes, I like seeing the hour midnight.

 

Most of the time, if I'm up at dawn it's because I'm still up.
