Help with ID Tibetan cup?

Could someone please help give me info on this cup? It looks Tibetan? No idea...what stones they may be, if anything? Thanks in advance!

    The orange stones are carnelian. The blue 'stones' appear to be blue glass beads, not the turquoise they are meant to resemble.

    Just wondering, did the seller say Tibetan? It looks Indian to me.
