Last auction of the year.

    It was the last local auction of the year today. Picked up this “box if China” for £5 plus commission. Can you spot the interesting item?

    Yes. It’s a late 18th c obconical shape jug. Unusual with ribbing. Either New Hall or Keeling. Should know when I pick it up.

    That looks like it. It’s in perfect condition and has a pattern number but I didn’t write it down. Will find out tomorrow. I’ve got that book and the New Hall pattern books.

    I've a few more books around to check if you don't find it in yours when it arrives. Though someone may know without looking:)
