Chinese Painting?

I would appreciate any information about this painting. I believe it is Chinese, but I do not read the language. The subject matter is a little odd: A man having his ear cleaned. I would appreciate any information and/or comments. Thanks!

 

Yes, It is a Chinese painting.
The signed signature reads "Zhen Kaiyuan" who is born in 1745 (Qianlong Period).
However, we cannot tell whether it is authentic by the picture you show us.

 

This is another painting by him, however, we still cannot tell whether that one is authentic or not.

The best way is to ask a prefessional to check the paper. The painting before and include Daoguang period(before 1850) used a kind of unique paper, which is not exist anymore.(And we lost the method how to produce them.) Compare with original painting in that period you can find difference of paper.
However, it does exist someone use old paper to draw a new painting. This only exist for reproducting famous artiests' works.
