Featured Faience D'Art pitcher - help with mark

    Does anyone recognize the maker's mark on this pitcher? My searches are coming up empty. Looks like there was writing inside the circle at one time.

    Ascot, I don't mean to be too nosy but . . . the colors in the "pansy plate" you posted earlier and the colors in the pitcher above seem to be compatible to me.

    Did you acquire them at the same place/same time?

    Can you picture yourself using them at the same time (cookies(?) on the plate and milk(?) or lemonade(?) in the pitcher)? ;)

    I did get both at the same time at an auction, but I've no idea if they came from the same person or place.

    It reads Art Pottery (Faience) Hand Painted around the circle.
