    The signiture is "Mindell" I think.
    Probably Hudson Mindell Kitchell ???
    The painting is pretty large, it is about 56 inch tall and 40 inch wide with frame.
    What is a rough estimate of the painting? Thanks

    Probably? Kitchell is a modern artist of tonalist landscapes. His work is nothing like this. Your painting depicts a woman in Georgian-period dress. May be a copy. Suggest you do a Google image search and see if you can find a match. And, may I also suggest that, in the future, you post a photograph of the back of a painting (including frame) along with your query? Very useful for dating.
