Manufacturer help please :)

    I thought it would be simple to search for the manufacturer given there's a clear mark... how wrong! It's on a saucer (there is also a cup and plate). Any information would be most appreciated... thank you!

    Kovel's is saying it's Thomas Poole: Longton, England, 1912+

    I didn't look in other reference books though to verify.

    Godden agrees and he's way more accurate than Kovel.

    Agree about Kovel's however I do find it handy when starting a search by mark rather than maker or when I don't know the country. I think of it more as a guide to where to try looking.
