Hi all...I just found these 1934 snapshots (not postcards ) of the SS Morro Castle aground by Asbury Park beach. Obviously taken by one of my relatives..(found with old family papers). I know they are probably collectable BUT wondering if the fact that my relative mislabled the photos with SS Mora Castle is a problem...

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

@janettekay , I don't think the mislabeling is a problem, especially since the date and place are also written. And people could compare photos of the ship if they really wanted to make sure.

Thanks all....I did check google and ebay...and surely anyone would know it is the ship. Seems like actual photos do sell...even the "postcard prints" sell !!!
Amazing thing..these are in perfect condition...not even a rip or crease!

As part of my US Navy rating I was a Damage Controlman.
Reading the original report, some time back, I was appalled and furious at the same time as to what transpired. :(
Oddly enough, the book I bought about it on Bidet was lost in the mail. :p
