Featured HELP WITH SIGNATURE ON BRONZE PLATE OF ADAM & EVE & ANGEL? GOD?

I found this at a local thrift store today & bought it even though I couldn't make out signature to check out the artist - it's that stunning.
Now at home I still can't make it out! I see either a ngs? or 85? as the last few letters/markings
Any help would be appreciated.

 

I can't say that I see anything but fruit and leaves however I did find some info on the image. There seem to have been many bronzes produced with this image.

Apparently it is from the center of the Milton Shield designed by Leonard Morel-Ladeuil for the Paris Exhibition.

Great work SIT! I was going to say it looked like the expulsion from Eden, so glad to have the V&A explanation. Afraid I'm not up on my Milton & did not know this story. Since this is the sort of thing that sometimes then found its way onto cameos, I'm glad to have another image for my mental catalogue.

I guess I imagined the letters/date (not the first time!).
And Bravo on finding info on the image!!! I didn't even know the angels talked with Adam & Eve - except the fallen angel; and then in the form of a snake. Is that story true? Its been a while but I don't remember anything about angels talking with Adam and Eve - I always thought they were left on their own in paradise (Eden) until Eve was enticed to take a bite of the forbidden fruit of knowledge. Interesting .
Is it just a collector's piece with other copies like a Franklin Mint plate? - I would think if so it would have some kind of mark/info? Is it bronze?

I will measure when I get home but I'd say 11" - 12" like a regular plate. But a lot heavier!!

Sorry for so many postings - but now I'm dying to get home and see if it measures 9"!
It was selling for $59 and its tag color was 25% off today so now I'm hoping this was a home run!!

 

Could each be a little off? I just measured mine - it is 9 1/4" across. Would someone/could some one make a copy so detailed? It looks like the same mold to me (are bronze plaques made with molds?)
