    Great find, kyrat. Help out my less-than-idiomatic French: is Bijoux Fix a member of a 'societé anonyme' established by Savard & Fils, or is this or doublé inaltérable a product line made by Savard?

    Bijoux Fix is a brand name - Fix jewelry or bejeweled items; I think they made tchotchkes too rather like Florenza on this side of the Atlantic.

    It wasn't comic books for me, but more than once a grade school teacher asked me how I knew some word she thought was advanced for my age & I said I didn't know when I knew perfectly well I had picked it up in some book she would have thought was trash.
