    Hello
I would like to have your help with this trinket containing a red paste.
Is it Chinese? What is it the red paste? A lipstick?
    Thanks 1.jpg 11.jpg 111.jpg

I have one, not as deep as yours looks and contents are drier (is yours still damp?)

    Mine is an ink pot.

You use the red stuff to ink up a seal and plop it onto your thingy to ID it.

Chinese seal paste - made of castor oil, cinnabar (mercury sulfide), and either finely shredded silk fibers or dried and ground leaves of Chinese wormwood/Artemisia argyi. Best not to use it as a lipstick.:vomit::dead:
