    Yes, in some parts of the western US, don't know about Canada. Lapis lazuli is mined in many parts of the world.

    Looking at this bracelet, my first thought was sodalite though.

    For the first bracelet posted that would have been my guess too. If it's lapis, it's had the **** dyed out of it.
