Featured Spatter glass decanter - where from?

Bohemiam? Italian? Newer chinese? Other? I just can't tell.

The decanter is 11" high. The stopper is 5" total - and the top part of the stopper is about 3" so when the stopper is on the top it's about 14" high.

To be honest I'm not 100% sure the stopper goes with the decanter/bottle (It fits okay but not quite as tight as I'd expect) - but the red spatter on the top of the stopper seems to match the spatter on the decanter - and they were sold as one unit.
The base is 4 1/2" across. Seems to be finished a little more nicely than the chinese stuff I usually see. Thanks again for any help/ideas

Not that I know much about glass, but I would have thought a marriage as well. But a pretty one.

 

Good modern Asian giftware - there's some nice stuff coming over these days. The stopper is fine, they just don't bother numbering the matched ones as used to be the case.

 

Decorative not utilitarian stopper and bottle. I think they go together.

What am I not seeing? Is this a 3 piece decanter? The last photo seems to be the bottom, so how does it fit together? The stopper may have had something plastic around it to create a good seal and that has been removed. Don't know for sure. Just guessing. Back in the day, a lot of stoppers had cork around them which eventually aged and broke away.

 

It's just two pieces - the bottom clear /spatter part and then the stopper which is the blue part.
