    The mark is called double warrant. Looking that up should narrow things down. If searching eBay, search Paragon DW.

    Paragon used a double warrant backstamp during 1939-49 and 1952-60. The '39-49 stamp included the words "BY APPOINTMENT TO H.M. THE QUEEN & H.M. QUEEN MARY". The '52-60 stamp simply said "BY APPOINTMENT". Yours is the later mark. I love Paragon china and have quite a bit of it myself!

    The best selling Paragon cups/saucers are lined in gold (color), or have a single large flower on the interior, or have flower- or butterfly-shaped handles, are fortune telling-themed, or are from the "Patriotic" series. Most others sell in the $5-20 range, if they sell at all. (I'm partial to the "Patriotic" series, which relate to WWII, and is more affordable than the other popular designs.)

    Here is a recent eBay sale for Paragon Harebell.
