How old this lamp is?

Hello

Bought this lamp and just wondering when it was made and by what company. Not a big sized piece maybe 15cm in height or so. Also it would be nice to know what kind of glass shade it originally had.

My bet it is around 25cm.

That's certainly a pretty shade. And right for period. But don't think design would accommodate the knob.

Lovely lamp. Can't help with the lamp maker, but I believe the "F" on the switch is a marking used by The Franklin Switch Company. A few sites date the switch mark from 1910 to 1920.

So I assume since there is treads outside I'm missing ring that holds glass shade from inside?

Probably need to re wire it as well for safety reasons

 

Probably just had a fancy bulb or a plain one with a beaded cover.
