Johnson Bros England pattern search

    I only see one piece...........with no other photo's or sizes...or anything to help us...to help you !!

    Yes it is part of wash set although I didn’t know that is what it was called. I do have other pieces with it but some are missing. I have a newspaper article with pic dated 1967 with this set on a table and I have all of it. The lady in the article said it was 100 years old but someone else told me it was from 1950’s

    Leap of faith here.
    Could it have been named for the British Empire Exhibition which was at Olympia in 1925?

    This is first time since my husband inherited this from his grandmother that I have seen the “Johnson Bros England Olympia” stamp. I am very happy to have found this site. I’m not sure why his grandmother would have said it was that old

    Not Olympia. I collect Wembley related stuffs.

    I think that raised bit is a registry number, if we can decipher it.

    I could be mistaken but I believe it says PATENT APPLIED FOR.
