Dragon Pattern Tea Pot Has "BON CHINA"? Mark

This dragon pattern tea pot has a "BON CHINA" mark I can't identify. Any help would be greatly appreciated. here are a few pics:

 

I wonder whether it's a printing error of BONE CHINA?

 

As in BON[E] CHINA? Like the pot.

Maybe put there by someone who thought 'bone china' is a typo for 'bonne china'.

 

I have another piece from the set, and it has the same mark.

 

Guessing it might have been a translation typo.

This style is often called "Dragonware". If you look on Ebay you will see others, but not all Dragonware has the extremely high relief dragon as this set does.

Here is one somewhat similar to yours, different top, but with the gold sections, etc. Different maker's mark:

The other set could be called Wales china because of the Welsh dragon?

I'm kind of surprised that came up, since they called it "dragon wear". Where would you wear something like that?

Nice find. This points to the "Bon China" on my pieces not being a printing error. I'm really curious now to verify what exactly this mark is.
