Can someone help identify this ? Japanese ?

Very nicely done, framed, very detailed and high quality. Could someone help me with origin and what exactly this is ?? Thanks in advance!!

 

Well I have a guess. It's definitely Japanese, but it's from the colder parts of Japan. May even be AINU related. It looks like a toddler's kimono, very nice!! Oh, and I don't mean that someone actually wore it. Japanese folk art is what I'm thinking.

Yeah, those red ruby things is what makes it say Blamo, to me!! Very nice!, I don't think those would be real, mainly because of the settings but someone might know better than me. Nice find for sure!

 

I can't see anyway for this to have actually been worn - as in put on, take off. I see no opening in front, no opening at neck and no thickness to indicate that there's a "back" behind what we can see. A cool hanger, but not an actual piece of clothing.
