Got this for my girlfriend as a 1 year gift.

Marked 10k and SA. No other marks anywhere.

Seen a few other rings marked SA but no answers on what it means.

Would like to know what era it’s from and what SA means. Can anyone shed some light?

    Thanks in advance!

"SA" is the maker's mark,it was made sometime in the last 50+ years.Did you buy it new from a store or something else?

    A lovely gift, HMB.
It looks 1950s-60s to me. As Holly said, SA is the maker's mark.

SA is my company’s property mark. Not sure how that ring got away but you can send it back to me no questions asked!

Went to go find something at the mall and I noticed an old lady feel asleep in one of the lounge chairs, slipped it right off!

Only kidding, estate auction. Was about to win for $30 until some birdbrain thought they could take it from me.

Thanks, mid century is what I was hoping to hear.

Hahah nice try! You weren’t the one bidding against me were you?

It looks more like the 80's or later......... pre-notched cast setting with sloppy finishing and modified for a pearl instead of faceted stone.Pre-notched setting weren't around until the 1980's and in the 90's they were die stamped.

Pretty piece. I'd say it's on the newer end too; that SA mark alone is a style not used until the 80s.
