    drop it. fantasy price. if it was for yourself and you had good restoring knowledge then 150 CAD max.

    Its value, if any, is as a novelty. Not aesthetic or monetary. If the work amuses you, why not? (But only if the price is right, really right.) If you're starting an art collection, your money could be better spent. (Perhaps by supporting a local or regional artist.)
