Describing picture

Hello, I'm listing this picture to sell, but I'm at a loss at how to describe it and the frame. It's 13" by 15". Any ideas, thank you!

 

Some famous aristocratic beauty of the 18th century. We have some people who are extremely good at tracking them down, so you may get a more precise answer. Such prints were once a fad in home decor.

The frame looks early 1900s - 1920s

 

The Countess Potocka after a pastel by Angelica Kauffmann
I can't find the original to say when it was done (likely about 1780). All the references seem to point to prints.

A Google Image search identifies your work as a 1786 portrait of Sophie Potocka by the French school after Kucharsky.

Would you say then that this print and frame is around 100 years old.
