Need help with this Pewter figurine. Ricordo Di Torino

Found this little figurine and was hoping someone might be able to tell me who made it.
4 3/4" tall including the wood base.
Marked on the back looks like MAR.
Ricordo Di Torino = Remember Torino ??

So we're probably not going to be able to identify the maker? Not a Rare sculpture by a Renowned Italian artist? Lol

Turin in English. The mini skirt and bell bottoms date it to the early 1970s.

I was thinking mid 60s for the clothes?

 

The mid-1960s was the Mod era. Here are the Beatles in 1966. Stovepipe pants. Skirts were short er but not micro-minis.

As I read..
Around 1964 a young British man was having trouble getting his stovepipe pants over his muscular calves. He had his mom alter them by removing the outside seam and adding another piece of material. He wore these out and the second time he noticed other people doing the same. Then it caught on.
