Help ID mark on japanese? Plate

    I found this plate at my local thrift shop today. I was wondering if anyone could help me identify the makers mark? Thank you for any info!

    Could not find that mark, but the decor itself looks quite modern.

    I dunno, the colours are right for the c1920's/30's and does have a vintage vibe. OTOH, the squiggly lines for the dragon's tail could be a modern shortcut...I kinda like it, regardless.
